The All Star Game has matched the best players in the Eastern Conference with the best players in the Western Conference.  Played under normal NBA rules, the All Star game has some differences between an average game and this game. Fanfare introductions and special uniforms are just an example. Halftime is also longer than the average game and usually involve a musical performance, last year John Legend performed.
