Kansas State Wildcats

2013: 8-5 (5-4 Big 12)

The Kansas State Wildcats overachieved again in the 2013 season. They have made a habit of doing so recently under head coach Bill Snyder. The Wildcats capped off the 2013 season by defeating Michigan in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.  Looking ahead to 2014 Kansas State will be a Big 12 title contender.  The Wildcats have gotten used to figuring out how to replace key starters and will have to do so once again in 2014.  Returning, however, will be quarterback Jake Waters and running back Daniel Sams.  They also boast one of the top receiving corps in the Big 12. Their challenging schedule also includes a visit from Auburn.

The Kansas State Wildcats are a college football team in the Big 12 conference. The Wildcats operate under head coach Bill Snyder on the Bill Snyder Family Stadium, which holds just over 52,000 fans. The Wildcats have many players who have made it to the NFL, most notably the current: wide receiver Brandon Banks, Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson, New Orleans Saints running back Darren Sproles, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman.  K-State has major rivalries with Iowa State and Kansas, for the Governor’s Cup.  Kansas held a 60-25-5 all-time lead as recently as 1992, but K-State has won 16 of the last 20 games to make it 64-41-5 Kansas.  The Wildcats look to repeat their winning ways this season, and Gold Coast Tickets does not want you to miss out on the action.
