The Cubs have continued their rebuilding process this offseason under the helm of President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein. The most notable move of the offseason so far was signing veteran pitcher Scott Baker to a one-year-deal. Baker spent his first seven years in the league playing for the Minnesota Twins where he racked up 63 wins. If all goes well, Baker should help solidify the bottom of the Cubs pitching rotation. With plenty of spots left to fill in the roster, expect the Cubs to be active before they play ball this April.
